1. BASIC CONDITIONS

The terms, policies and conditions of sale described here are applied exclusively to reservations and purchases of tourist services made through the website www.Chiloeturismorural.cl

Reservations and purchases are managed by Chiloé Rural Tourism in conjunction with its partners, tourist service providers (lodging, camping and other tourist services.) The current rates and conditions may vary without prior notice and are the sole responsibility of the service providers.

2. FEES AND TAXES

The current rates offered are expressed in Chilean pesos and these include taxes corresponding to our country. (19% VAT) 

Very soon, rates in US Dollars will be available which do not include taxes. Non-resident tourists in Chile do not pay taxes if they pay their reservations in US Dollars. 

 3. PAYMENT METHODS 

This website uses the services of the FLOW company as a payment collector, in this way we can offer you various payment alternatives for your reservations.

1.- Debit cards and bank credit cards.

2.- Banks, commercial house cards, and cash payment (at Servipag, National Banks, Cencosud, Ripley and CMR cards.)

3.- Cash payments through Payment Coupon. (Payments in stores adhered to Multicaja.)

4.- Payments by MACH account (digital bank).

4. RESERVATIONS 

Cabins and Family Accommodation 

Cabin accommodation and lodging services have the option of making immediate reservations, you just have to select your stay (arrival and departure date) and the extra services you wish to add. Once these items have been selected, the page will ask you to complete the personal data to register your reservation, then it will indicate where to make the payment. Once the payment is made, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your reservation. These data will help you to enter as a user and review your reservation on the website again.

Camping, Gastronomic Stove and activities (barbecue area and sleeping offshore).

For this type of services you need to select your stay (arrival and departure dates) and the extra services you want to add, once you have selected these items, you must complete your information and then wait for a reservation confirmation response. 

The answer will come directly to your email next to the link to make the payment. 

(* Important you must be patient, the answer may take a couple of days since the connectivity of some places is unstable).

Remember You do not have a reservation until you receive confirmation of availability and when 100% of the payment has been made.

5. MODIFICATIONS OF BOOKING AND CANCELLATIONS OF THE SERVICE

Reservation modifications 

Any request for reservation changes must be made in writing (via email) by the person who made the reservation of tourist services through the page. However, this modification could be subject to extra charges of the administrative type and / or additional costs, such as; rate changes due to high season. 

Cancellation 

The date of cancellation of the service is the date on which the notice is received by the client / passenger, it must be notified in writing (via email). If the passenger has problems using their reservation on the contracted date, their reservation will be subject to administrative fees described below:

CHARGES FOR CANCELLATION OF TOURIST SERVICES.

The following are the cancellation charges per passenger, prior to the arrival date.

No refund

*** Important: There will be no refund for extra services contracted through the page, which are not used during the stay.

Cancellations involve charges from service and accommodation providers that include costs and fees incurred when canceling confirmed reservations. 

Therefore, when a cancellation occurs by the passenger, the aforementioned charges will apply. (frame)

Abandonment: No refund will be provided if the passenger (s) voluntarily abandon their travel itinerary or contracted stay for any reason after the itinerary or service has started.

6. USES OF THE CREDIT CARD 

All information provided by the client is strictly confidential and will only be used by Chiloé turismo rural, in order to process reservations and payments for services.

7. LIABILITY OF CHILOÉ TURISMO RURAL

Chiloé Turismo Rural, is a rural tourism cooperative that works as an intermediary agent between tourists and / or passengers and the partners in charge of providing tourist services (accommodation, food, walks or any other service offered by our platform www.chiloeturismorural.cl ).

That is why Chiloé rural tourism undertakes to ensure the fulfillment of all the services in this intermediation, with the exceptions specified in these General Conditions; and is not responsible for non-compliance by service providers in the execution of their obligations, nor for unforeseen events caused by strikes, weather conditions, natural disasters, delays, quarantines, terrorist acts, as well as for material, personal or moral that the passenger may suffer either due to loss, damage or theft of luggage, or due to accidents, illnesses or death. Regarding all this, the user must make a direct claim to the company that provides the unfulfilled service, for which Chiloé Turismo Rural will collaborate with the passenger as much as possible.

Chiloé Turismo Rural reserves the right to adjust the rates of tourist services without notice as a reflection of fluctuations in demand during the months of high season, it also reserves the right to withdraw services offered through its page or make changes to These, to guarantee the optimal functioning and quality of the services provided.

The confirmation or payment of the services constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions mentioned here.
